As a co-founder of The Reputation Law Group, she brings extensive courtroom experience from her background as a Deputy Public Defender, having litigated more than 50 felony and misdemeanor jury trials. Her recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023 and 2024 reflects her commitment to legal excellence and client advocacy.

With a practice spanning both criminal defense and family law, Kelsey offers a unique perspective when handling sensitive legal issues involving divorce, parenting time, and child support. She approaches each case with a combination of strategic problem-solving and genuine empathy, prioritizing open communication and understanding the emotional complexities her clients face. Hannah is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of Colorado School of Law. Following her graduation from law school, Hannah took a prestigious clerkship with the Second Judicial Court in Denver.

Hannah has spent her entire legal career as a divorce and family law attorney, representing clients throughout the state of Colorado in matters ranging from uncontested divorce through complex divorce litigation. She is a zealous advocate for her clients and is highly experience in the areas of property division, child custody, child support, division of retirement benefits and all other substantive areas of divorce and family law.

Hannah has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer by the American Society of Legal Advocates, and as a Lawyer of Distinction.

In addition to her legal career, Hannah has worked as a victim's advocate at the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center and volunteers with Mi Casa. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Penny, as well as hiking, traveling, and cheering on her Baylor Bears.

Kristi Erickson is a powerhouse litigator and dedicated family law attorney who brings strategic, solutions-focused advocacy to every case. As a co-founder of The Reputation Law Group, she leverages her background as an Assistant County Attorney where she litigated child welfare cases daily, even taking matters to the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. This extensive courtroom experience, combined with her Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver, gives her a commanding presence in litigation while equipping her with advanced negotiation skills.

Now fully dedicated to family law, Kristi represents clients in divorces, custody disputes, adoptions, and complex parental rights cases, with particular expertise in high-conflict and high-asset matters. Her background in child welfare provides deep understanding of cases involving domestic violence, parental alienation, substance abuse, and child safety concerns. A respected member of the Colorado Bar Association's Juvenile Law and Family Law sections, Kristi balances her professional dedication with personal touches—she's a bona fide Colorado native (though she's never skied), a library enthusiast, a coffee lover, and an avid hockey fan supporting both the Pioneers and Avalanche.

Paige Gleason is a highly skilled family law attorney known for exceptional advocacy, strategic negotiation, and unwavering client support. As a co-founder of The Reputation Law Group, she brings impressive credentials including a law degree from Gonzaga University completed in just two and a half years, experience clerking for a District Court judge in Alaska, and recognition as one of the Top 100 Family Law Attorneys in Colorado by the Association of American Trial Lawyers.

With a career dedicated exclusively to divorce and family law, Paige serves as a Certified Parent Coordinator/Decision Maker (PCDM) and mediator, equipping her to resolve high-conflict cases with both skill and sensitivity. She approaches every case with a balance of tenacity and compassion, understanding the deeply personal nature of family law matters.
