Meet Genevieve

Genevieve Lemley is an accomplished trial attorney whose background in both criminal defense and family law allows her to provide strategic advocacy and compassionate guidance to clients navigating complex and emotionally charged legal matters. As an associate attorney at The Reputation Law Group, Genevieve brings a unique blend of courtroom experience, thoughtful advocacy, and dedicated client support to every case she handles.

Genevieve earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class and earning Order of the Coif honors. During law school, she excelled in trial and appellate advocacy, receiving national recognition and multiple awards.

Prior to focusing on family law, Genevieve built a strong foundation in litigation as a public defender in both Florida and Colorado. She has represented hundreds of clients across misdemeanor, domestic violence, and felony cases, managing high-volume caseloads and trying more than 35 cases to verdict. She now leverages her experience advocating in high-stakes litigation to effectively represent clients in family law disputes.

Genevieve's practice focuses on all aspects of domestic relations, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, and protection orders. Her background in criminal law provides her with a distinct advantage in cases involving overlapping issues, particularly those involving domestic violence or protection orders. She approaches each case with a detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
